Pricing

As you will find, we are up front about every aspect of our business. With that being said, here are a few things to consider prior to contacting us.

A. 95%+ of the leads that are interested in your franchise will come from you, not us. We are not in the lead generation business, we are in the Franchise Sales business.

We do occasionally find a lead on our own that is interested in your franchise, but we will not be the primary resource of leads for your concept. We can make recommendations for where to buy leads, but we will not provide leads to you.

B. You will subscribe to our monthly retainer program. The monthly retainer covers some of our operating expense and allows us to focus on selling your franchises for you.

You will pay us a monthly fee of $1000 per month. This fee is then deducted from the first franchise sale that we close each month. This monthly fee offsets some of our ongoing sales costs and is usually significantly lower than the regular salary you would pay a salaried franchise sales person.

C. Our commissions are usually in the range of 35% of the franchise fee. This number will vary slightly depending on a variety of factors including: Franchise Fee size, Available capital requirements, Licensing requirements, Territory availability, Age of your concept, Number of units, Brand recognition, Competition etc….

We are flexible on commission pricing as long as we are both happy with the outcome.  All commissions are set in advance in writing.

D. Our contracts run for 1 year. We are not interested in a month to month arrangement, we will be investing a lot of time learning about your concept, your process & you. We require a minimum contract term of 12 months.

Please note* We are not interested in any commission only deals, we will only work with franchises that are interested in the program outlined above. If you are looking for a commission only sales person, please look elsewhere, hire an employee or do it yourself, we only work with serious companies that are willing to invest in the successful future of the franchise sales portion of their business.

You will pay us roughly $12,000 per year compared to $50-75k/yr salary for a regular Franchise Sales person plus you would need to pay benefits, vacation and training costs for that employee.

With our program you eliminate all of that additional overhead. Your risk is that we would not sell at least one unit per month for you. If we do sell one unit per month, we deduct $1000 from the commission of the first sale each month.
